VISION STATEMENT
The Body of Christ, is faced with many hardships and trials...
Persecution, being misunderstood, and people challenging the authenticity of our faith are just some of the many issues Christians
deal with living in this world today...
Often times however, many of the trials that we face don’t come from the world but from the very members of the church who outwardly appear to be religious and Holy but on the inside are full of all manners of sin...The book of Jude spoke well of these people when he said "that they give an occasion for people to mock God"... The prophet
John The Baptist called them a brood of vipers....And Jesus The savior of the world called them hypocrites...
Underneath it all brings to the forefront the perils of playing church, and the widespread
ramifications of living a life that is contrary to one's profession of faith...
It speaks about the dangers of how bad company can corrupt good character, and how the pursuit of worldly possessions can quickly become your downfall It speaks life to those, who may feel trapped in their sin, with the mindset that they may be too far gone
for the Love and mercy of God to reach them...While at the same stripping away the excuses people use to justify their unbelief...Underneath It All, also speaks to the power of forgiveness.
When so called friends betray you and the ones you love abandon you the world's response is to seek revenge or retaliate. God however requires forgiveness...
It is our goal is to deliver, encourage, and inspire the people of God to recognize and embrace their identities as ambassadors for Christ here on earth... Rather than bringing shame to God by using our freedom in Christ as an occasion to sin, and carry on with our own agenda... We should let our lights so shine before men, that they may see it and glorify God in heaven... thereby fulfilling that holy unction given to us in Romans 12:1 which says" i beseech you therefore brethren by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, HOLY AND ACCEPTABLE unto God, which is our reasonable service... Finally, Underneath It All captures the true essence of what it means to be a Christian. Far from perfect, yet pressing on towards the mark. We all have fallen short, yet
Saved By Grace, Simply Redeemed....
